Everytime I open Candy Crush on my Ematic Genesis the background is black and you can't see what you need to clear. At first I thought this was an app problem so I un-installed and re-installed the app. When I opened it I still had the same problem. I've also tried shutting down the tablet but apart from that I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
