My son was playing on my tablet and it froze up so I reset it with the reset button on the back of the device. When I turned it on it said android and never booted up. I looked in this discussion forum and found another way to hopefully fix the problem. I held down the volume - and the power button to reset the device and a boot up menu popped up on the screen...
