I purchased a Ematic FunTab 7" tablet for my daughter (1.2ghz, 512mb, 4gb, WIFI, ICS 4.01). It seems to be a pretty solid little tab for what it costs. The only issues I am having at the moment are getting Amazon App Market and Netflix working.. Amazon market installs just fine, it launches and you are able to search for application and move through the interface. However you are not able to click on any of the applications.
