Rooting Eglide4 XL EGLXL102B ?

Ok... so I give up... I was trying to avoid rooting, but I really want to use some things like flash.

So since I've never done this before I reeeeeeally don't want to screw up, and I can not find rooting directions for this exact device.

Can someone please tell me how to root the Eglide 4 XL EGLXL102B
It has android icecream sandwich.
